The encryption key is stored separately from your data. A database breach alone exposes nothing readable. Your password is hashed with bcrypt — we cannot recover it, only reset it.

BudRegistry is designed for UK patients who hold a valid cannabis prescription. While we don't verify prescriptions at signup, the community, guides and features are built specifically around the UK patient experience.

Yes. BudRegistry is free to use during beta. There are no paid tiers, no ads and no data selling. It's a passion project built by a patient, for patients.

Fill in the request access form below. We'll review it and send you an invite code. If someone already gave you a code, you can go straight to the registration page and use it.

Your sensitive data (strain names, quantities, dates, notes, email) is encrypted with AES-256-GCM before it's written to our database. The encryption key is stored separately. Even if someone accessed the database directly, they'd see unreadable ciphertext — not your inventory.

Yes. You can delete your account from the settings page at any time. This permanently removes all your data from our servers. You can also export everything first if you want a copy.
